Better Protection for Whistleblowers

The Whistleblower Protection Act is here!

What is the Whistleblower Protection Act?

From December 17, 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act must be implemented.

Purpose of the Act: The aim is to protect individuals who obtain information about violations in the course of their professional activity.

The Background: The Act prohibits any punishment of whistleblowers and requires companies to establish secure channels for reporting misconduct. In addition, the Act promotes an open and transparent corporate culture.

For this reason, Gebr. Roggendorf has set up a reporting channel. Reports can be submitted electronically, by phone, or, if desired, in a personal meeting—anonymous submissions are possible.

Reports are received by our external service provider Ratisbona Compliance. The lawyers at Ratisbona Compliance inform the whistleblower upon receipt of the report, assess the information from a legal perspective, initiate appropriate measures, and inform the whistleblower of the actions taken no later than three months after the report. The reports submitted to Ratisbona Compliance and the subsequent forwarding of information to Gebr. Roggendorf always remain anonymous.

You can access the reporting channel at www.roggendorf-dev.gutes-onlinemarketing.de

You can also contact the person responsible for whistleblower protection at Gebr. Roggendorf GmbH directly here via email.

Here you will find all the channels mentioned through which you can submit a report.

If you have any questions about using our reporting channel, our HR office will of course be happy to assist you.
