We are delighted to welcome new members to the Gebr. Roggendorf family: This autumn, six trainees have just begun their careers as specialists in furniture, kitchen, and relocation services. This year, we are placing special emphasis on nurturing young talent.
This initiative is part of a larger campaign by Gebr. Roggendorf: At the end of last year, we produced a recruitment film about FMKU training to generate more awareness for this profession. This campaign is now bearing fruit, and we are pleased to have our new young talents on board. After all, sooner or later, our seasoned professionals—some of whom have been with us for over 25 years—will retire. That makes it even more important to bring on board and train further dedicated and motivated specialists early on.
